INTRODUCTION:
PUNJAB POLICE INVITED THE APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CONSTABLE IN THE DISTRICT AND IN ARMED CADRE OF POLICE.
THE RECRUITMENT FOR FILLING UP THE VACANCIES IN THE DISTRICT AND ARMED CADRE OF PUNJAB POLICE WAS CARRIED OUT THROUGH APPLICATION FORM FOR COMPUTER BASED TEST (CBT) AND PREFRENCE FOR THE CADRE FOLLOWED BY THE PHYSICAL MEASUREMENT TEST WITH SPECIFIED QUALIFYING PARAMETERS.
The selection of candidates shall be on basis of their respective merit (based strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the Paper 1) and normalization and indicated preference of cadre, against available category-wise vacancies.
Now the Admit Card and Exam Date are released. The exam will be held in CBT mode expected to starting from first week of JULY, 2024.
